Achenar ◊ 2018-08-23 09:53	This is actually a 1972 Buick Skylark, not a 1970, with a (obviously misaligned or broken) GS (Gran Sport) front grille. The Headlight bezels and front bumper with holes for where the rubber strip goes are dead giveaways. In rear shots of the car, you can also see the rubber gaskets around the tail lights, another feature bespoke to the 72. The car was used only in the pilot (and maybe 1 other episode) before they switched the interior shots to a modern day (2006) charger. The show continued to use exterior shots of the Buick for a few episodes, before switching the the charger entirely, likely due to loss of use of that particular Buick. Which was a shame, because the car was one of the things that made the character interesting, before just switching to a boring, run of the mill, SRT charger.
