They must have pre-sliced the car for that scene. It would be one hell of an impact to rip the tail end of that bimmer. |

There are a lot of cheap ones in the U.S., usually in various states of disrepair. They haven't lasted long over here due to their expensive parts and fussy electrical systems. |

Hey crazyforcars12, a Cadillac EXT hit it, not necessarily a tough vehicle, big, and not something to be on the receiving end of in an accident. It's the Black one we see driven by the twins, and which at the begining of the chase is going after a Cadillac CTS. |

That scene was so holloywood it was stupid, cars crumple they don't get sliced off this car was preped for the scene its not like it was 91 ford escort the tin can etc. This bmw could of done what that so called CTS can do no problem. The 750il was a well suited car for the task and it would of left the CTS looking at its rear end if it took its role. An 03 CTS 5spd does 6.9 to 60mph and 15.2 at 91mph. The bmw's can do better than that or almost even depends on the axle gearing and if 740il or 750il. |

Faked crash. "Faked" means, that it was prepared before. At a real crash it wouldn't been damaged in this way. |

1988 bmw 750IL which should have been saved |

1992+ front spoiler lip. |

These wheels would indicate 1988-1989. I don't believe the front lip means 1992+ as older models also seem to have it. This has no headlight washers, which is odd because they were standard on 750iL... |
