From what one can see, I am quite convinced that it could be a Peugeot 301 sedan, circa 1932, as on these pictures: http://www.autogallery.org.ru/k/p/peu301sg.jpg http://www.thefritz.nl/Peugeot%20301C%201.jpg The shape of the windows (all) and the roof is quite characteristic, but does share it to some extent with the 201, as on this picture Link to "www.motorimania.it", but I would till go for early 301.
