1958 Chevrolet Task-Force model for sure, due to the 1958 only (cartoonesque) Chevrolet fender badge and the Chevrolet 1958+ rectangular frame of the grille lamp (GMC model was more oval). If more or less accurate, the long wheelbase (a short one couldn't allow the spare tire to be that way) indicates either a long ½-ton 32 or a ¾-ton 36. Or maybe a 1-ton 38? Anyway, as 1958-61 light-duty model, it's part of the Apache truck sub-line, as more or less already said by supcoach.
