Looks like a very old version of an Askam AS250.

hm.. and how did you want to name it?

In 1962 the Chrysler Sanayi was found. In 70's it was Chrysler Kamyon. Now I see on the page that is Askam Kamyon. And on turkish market that cars are sold with Dodge, Hino, Fargo and De Soto brands.

I'll prefer using a CHRYSLER KAMYON name for trucks from 1970-2003 and ASKAM KAMYON for trucks produced after May 2003.

No, not Hino Fargo. Just Fargo. Hino was where Askam got the licenses for heavier trucks from in the 1990s. This vehicle here is much older.

I suggested Askam, because this model is a Turkish development - with US roots IIRC. And because all the labels are missing on this truck in the pictures. IIRC most models I saw in Turkey were labelled DeSoto, followed closely by Fargo. Only a few Dodges. Because the DeSoto/Fargo names are not used by Chrylser since a long time. As I said - Askam, because there is no outside clue at the moment and it's what is inside.

As mentionned by mm there: Link to "forum.imcdb.org"
"Kamyon" is just the word "truck" in Turkish (similar to "camion" in French)

On http://www.askam.com.tr/ana/default.asp first link in menu bar is "Askam Kamyon", but in the English version of the site it becomes Askam Truck...
