Nope, this is definitely not the same truck. The main image shows Llewelyn Moss' pickup

which he abandoned at the site of the 'drug deal gone bad' (in or about Sanderson, TX). The other Ford pickup is more than likely a bigger truck (maybe F-250) and it's role in the movie was in an entirely different city, (Del Rio, TX) in which Llewelyn stopped the randomly passing-by driver who was subsequently killed by Chigurh and then Moss drove the truck out of harm's way until it crashed into parked cars on the street.

BTW, if I had to guess I would say this one is an F-150. (I admit that I need to study up on my seventies' vehicles.)

I'd have to agree. Looks like an F150.

Grille in first thumbnail also shows the six sections on each side indicating 1971.

Ford F-150 did not introduced until 1975. Should we list this as F-100?
