I also like how most of charaters specially ride Wartubrgs. It was also mentioned in dialogue, in translated form:
- So you also drive Wartburg?
- Of course, comfortable, streamlined(!!!), mordern car. :D

 I think even Freud wouldn't find anything related to this in Wartburg. Maybe in Trabant, but not in Wartburg - I'm sure of this.

 Let a Wartburg run (or any other two-stroke-engine), put brown coal in your oven and you have the classic smell of the DDR. No kidding. For refining add boiling cabbage and clean the staircase with "Lysol" (the only floor care product there)

Never had opportunity to travel in Wartburg (or I don't remember), but the last thing can be in fact true, judging by the other bigger family cars, made in COMECON.
