Dr. Fry also mentions that he is still paying off the Ferrari! It is indeed the same actor as Cameron in Ferris Bueller movie: /vehicle_46810-.html In Justin's hospital room you can see he is hooked up to a flux capacitor, which in Back to the Future (1985) is what makes time travel possible.
