I don't know if that's the same white van that's in another scene with a Volvo. Then there's a couple of background vehicles, should I add them? Also, that's how the movie looks on tv, I haven't done anything to squash or squeeze the picture. -- Last edit: 2011-12-20 13:23:54 |

I think that the background cars can be added |

Yes, the white van is also a 1983+ Toyota Hiace. About the background cars: 1st pic l-r: 1976+ Mitsubishi L100, 1978+ Mercury Zephyr (I think), 2nd pic l-r: some US-car, 1980+ Honda Civic. |

How come that not all pictures have the same size? |

If possible, I try to crop out backrounds and make the pictures smaller. No use in showing a lot of background. And smaller pictures are easier on the servers. I hope it's ok to crop pictures, ie post different sized pictures. |

Well, we prefer to have uncropped pictures, i.e. how the car actually appears in the movie, with all the other stuff around. |

Ok, I'll do that in the future. But some times, the picture ratio varies. Especially on old vhs releases. |

But if the source is the same the size should be the same for all pics. That is, pictures could need some changes until we get the correct ratio but all would be (for instance) 700 x 400. In this case what I can't understand is why, if they all come the same source, there are 8 720 x...; 1 703 x...; 1 605 x...; 1 711 x...; 1 697 x... and 1 691 x... If I change pictures to 1.86 I need to do 5 different sizes to keep them all on same 1.86 ratio. If all had been (for instance) 640, 700, or 720 I would had done only one size. If, for instance, all were 700 for a 1.86 ratio, height would be 376 and work the contribution would be much easier. |
