10-minute portrait of Huddersfield taken from BFI/COI Collection Vol 5: Portrait of a People 2-DVD set and seems another instalment of the "Looking at Britain" series. Full of "it's grim up north/dark satanic mills/rainy streets/bleak moors/muddy sports" cliches but the town has lots of shops, Britain's biggest technical college and a choral society, so it's not all bad. Apparently. It's just a northern industrial town |
