Another 1980 educational short film not found on IMDb about school bus safety, produced by a division of Pennsylvania DOT: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JDVlPeZDMA4 https://archive.org/details/OneLousySecond One of three. The other two are "Bus Nut," and "Ol' #23." This one is supposed to be about the various distractions that make driving school buses a risky job.
