tore-40 ◊ 2016-12-27 12:41	914/4 (later 914 1.7/1.8) was made by VW, while 914/6 (later 914 2.0) was made by Porsche (on chassis/body made by VW), both sold as VW-Porsche (in Europe). Among the differences are ignotion key (RH side of the steering column vs. to the left, on the dash), Porsche logo on steering wheel (914/6 models), also manufacturer names in registration documents and chassis numbers (VW Typ 47 vs. Porsche's 914)
