actual model name is D-21, but commonly known as the Hardbody this one also being known as a King Cab due to it being an extended cab produced from i belive 1986 being the first year up to 1991 or 1992 with that particular hood. Be able to get a better idea of the exact year if the grille was more visable. |

It should be a brand new one if the film is from 1986. |

I think 'Hardbody'is slang and the official name is King Cab...isn't it? -- Last edit: 2007-03-24 12:28:36 |

didn't think to look at the year the film was made, just dumbfounded it was unidentified."Hardbody" is slang for any of the Nissan pickups of that bodystyle-Regular cab OR King cab. the true model name is D-21, King cab is just the extended cab package name. Kind of like new Dodge Ram 4door pickups are called Quad cabs. Its still a Ram just has a 4door package. -- Last edit: 2007-03-24 19:47:05 |

On another page it was said that these were just sold as "Nissan Pickup" (D21 being the "internal" code of these in Nissan's lists) |
