I agree but can't find a bike with #22. More digging to do. The 1938 Lightweight TT winner ran #24. |

There were three works DKW: Ewald Kluge, Ernie Thomas and Siegfried Wünsche. Weren't the bike numbered according (in succession) to the make and the type? |

Gosh! I found here Link to "3.bp.blogspot.com" a doc with TT numbers supposedly for 1938 TT... and they don't match ours! ... Except possibly for Daniell's Norton 500. Well, tant pis. It wouldn't be the first time an entry list is wrong on the numbering. ... No, actually, it is the name of the document which is wrong: it is the '39 entry list. Saved!
