Pick'n'mix, although I guess the one in middle (Humber??) is the only real chance for an ID. Meeting of the local branch of "War Agricultural Committee".

The forward position of the radiator and the design of the hub caps suggest that the left hand car is more likely to be a 1933 Morris Major. The centre car is a Rootes large car of some sort, Snipe, possibly or could be a Hillman Fourteen or Hawk.

The distance and the poor lighting don't help.
