Looked through other convoy footage and spotted this one - not sure what the plate is but JMG - Middlesex issue to War Department, starting in about May 38 seems likely. Pretty well everything else shown seems to be 1939 barrelnose, so while there may be a handful of these earlier grilles, they are definitely rarer.
