No, it's a Mexican Ford, B-100 Carry All panel, I think.

Here's what one poster said:
"So far I've confirmed they were made from 75-87. Allegedly Ford didn't export the E-series in the 70's and 80's and the Carry All filled that gap. They're based off the F-series with different sheet metal and were typically sold as a 3-door like the 67-72 Suburban with one door on the drivers side and two on the passenger side. In the back you had either a tailgate or barn doors and they made passenger and cargo / panel versions. The panel versions are typically two door and have been used as ambulances and such too."

Like for the other makes, no Panel truck, Panel Van nor Carry All, just B-100:

According to rjluna2's source, these vans were made from 1973 onward.
