Hello, the sad biker. I think this is not CMR or CEMEC or anything BMW-based or transformed, but, as the images look taken in Paris August 1944, a Gnome et Rhône X40. The defense passive covering of the head light, plus this very peculiar white painting of the fork give away motorcycles of the French state, specialised in escorting the head of the state. We fortunately have two other examples on the IMCDb, here and there (this one with some explanations). |
