Yes. But why is it listed as a 1960 Buick LeSabre?

In the opinion of some conspiracy-theorists I am one.
It's an internet-hobby of me, trolling those clowns.

I listed the 1960 Buick because there is plenty of such Volgas everywhere and this Buick is much nicier.

- the frame was around the Volga
- outside the COMECON Volgas were extremely rare.

So, perhaps a new page for the Volga?

Even Buicks were rare (and much better in avery aspect). Sorry, I admit to be a fananic about Buicks. The nickname I have is not a case.
The best idea should be to list both the Buick and the Volga. I am doing so right now!

1960 Buicks with the flat top was called simply '4-Door Hardtop'. Sport Sedan was the Chevy name, Vista for Pontiac, Holiday Sportsedan for Olds and the Cadillac was called Four Window.

On Crestline literature they (1959+ ) were also called Sport Sedans, if I correctly recall.

I can only find the names 4-Door Hardtop and four-door hardtop in 1959 Buick brochures:
