It's a scale model, and I'm very tempted to say it's Tamiya's Radio-Controlled Toyota Corona EXiV. See the two black bits sticking out of the rear window, which are used to fasten the plastic body to the chassis. .gif ";)") Here are a few photos : http://www.hobbytalk.com/bbs1/showthread.php?t=312459 And by looking at them, I'm convinced this is our car.
