From the 1960-66 truck line, with the 1966 only GMC square lettering as already said by Ddey65. Medium-duty cab and bumper indeed, which means any model from 3500 to (single rear axle) 5000. All models share the same cab (so none to be "cut off"), while "heavier" ones (Dual rear wheel 5000 to single and dual rear wheel 6500) had a different bumper.
