 Nice find!
Model origin - Soviet Union, more really.
It should be 1985+ because of roof rails (Rails on Riva Estate were from 1985).
It can be 1300 (21046) or 1500 (21042).
But, I think, we should made in Riva Estate 1300 [21046] because 1300 is standart engine.

 In UK this is Jan 86+ 1500 for roof rails and vinyl; chrome side strip listed as 1500 only from Oct 85. Roof rails deleted Jan 91 (when it got a stere radio/cassette instead).
