Pretty sure that's a Dodge Dynasty.

Edit: Could also be a New Yorker Salon. Kinda tough to tell from here, they're practically identical.

Edit 2: Actually, no. That is a Dynasty. Salons didn't have the crosshairs on the grille.

always a little weird to write Dodge on cars sold as Chrysler here...

Yeah, I know what you mean, since in Canada, the Dynasty nameplate was applied to the New Yorker Salon and sold as a Chrysler Dynasty, and it was the same case in Mexico as well.

same applies to Intrepid, Daytona, the 2nd gen Neon ( until it got renamed SX 2.0 and came back to Dodge )

In 1990, a new base model New Yorker called "Salon" was added. The Salon was a rebadged Dodge Dynasty with exposed headlamps, horizontal taillights, and grille similar to the Dodge.

I originally thought Dynasty...but the Dynasty had/has a pentastar in the middle of the grille....the car above does not...which is why I said New Yorker Salon.....

Be that as it may, the Salon always had a waterfall grille, unlike the Dodge Dynasty (probably what this is), which always had a crosshair grille, and the Chrysler Dynasty (Canadian version) which had both.
