These are Cape Girardeau, Missouri police vehicles that were dressed up to appear as fictional "North Carthage" police cars. According to the department, they lent two of their vehicles to the production.

All of the Crown Victoria police cars shown in the movie were within the 2006-2008 year range. I can't narrow it down beyond that. These are Cape Girardeau, Missouri police vehicles that were dressed up to appear as fictional "North Carthage" police cars. According to the department, they lent two of their vehicles to the production.
