This would be a '71-'83, if it's a GMC. GMC used the H-Series chassis with quad headlights and butterfly hood for buses in 1966-1970. In 1971, they started using the C-Series chassis, like Chevrolet had starting in '67. I got confused. According to this brochure, it looks like GMC started offering the C/K-derived cowled chassis for 1969, alongside the H-Series (and flat-faced "pusher" model RM-7500). They started exclusively using the C/K-variant in 1971. It also looks like this would be a redesigned '72 Saf-T-Liner body.
