Datsun Bluebird, or equivalent name in Australia (Datsun 1300, perhaps ?).

Those wheelcovers look very anachronistic.

Probably the same one a few minutes earlier at 01-04-55:

.. but once you spot it, you realise it keeps reappearing through the film in distant glimpses as it moves around eg

Definitely Bluebird, it says so on the front fender. 410 series - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nissan_Bluebird - not sure when Australian assembly began.

"In 1966, the first Nissan automobiles were assembled in Australia ....produced in Sydney. The Bluebird models were assembled at the Pressed Metal Corporation from foreign made parts. This arrangement worked out terrifically, as Australians had the opportunity to purchase Nissans made in their home country. The following year of 1967, Nissan assembled over 20,000 automobiles in the Sydney factory and became the seventh largest name company in Australia." - http://www.onecar.com.au/nissan.php .
