This is not a 1919 Type A but a 1926 10 HP Open Tourer [B12], one of the first to be built in the British factory of Slough (recognisable by the little lights on top of the front wings).

Edit: Ah, sorry, I just saw that the French 10HP was called 11.4 HP in Britain.
