If you mean the black one on the bank in background between 2 big white US Whatnots, there's a few UK things it sort-of-could be (Magnette ZA, Vauxhall E, ... um... Singer Hunter) but nothing I'd be convinced of. Has very small wheels - is that a Hudson feature?
