If it's got no motor it's not really an automobile, is it? Plus this seems to be a computer graphic. Maybe move to comments.

Most concept cars are engineless because they are mostly made to be displayed for promotional purposes and we list them.

But yes, this picture is CGI. Probably a rendering in Autodesk Sketchbook, a program used by car designers. But it has a 2-star role (maybe the narrator talks about this car) so it is probably worth keeping. There are CGI cars on the website and we list them if they resemble a real model. This one does.
