That kind of wheel was used in early 1990's, like for example on this Yugo that I filmed i Thessaloniki, Greece: And second - above rear wheel you can see remains of original paint. It's dark green, and you can't find dark green Yugos produced before 1990/91. Pre-1990 green Yugos looked like one on Jeremy Clarkson's video, thay were "duck-poo" green.
