Lateef ◊ 2012-08-10 12:09	And for the sake of accuracy: if 1992, made in Japan - if 1993 or later: made in UK. I think it should be listed without made for UK-tag if we are to set it to default. For the pre-facelift Carina Es, there's no way to know whether it's made in UK or Japan unless we get the VIN. In Norway (not sure if it was the same in Sweden), the Japanese-made Carina Es were sold in 1992-94, until they were replaced by UK-made ones by mid-1994. I believe the UK plant delayed the export to one year (plus/minus).
