Mini Moke on the site /vehicles.php?resultsStyle=asImages&yearFrom=&yearTo=&makeMatch=2&make=&modelMatch=1&model=Mini+Moke&modelInclModel=on&modelInclChassis=on&origin=&madein=&madefor=&role=

As Austin, Leyland or Morris, we list these as 'Convertible' /vehicles.php?resultsStyle=asImages&yearFrom=&yearTo=&makeMatch=2&make=&modelMatch=1&model=Mini+Moke&modelInclModel=on&modelInclChassis=on&class3=3&origin=&madein=&madefor=&role=

'Supermini' /vehicles.php?resultsStyle=asImages&yearFrom=&yearTo=&makeMatch=2&make=&modelMatch=1&model=Mini+Moke&modelInclModel=on&modelInclChassis=on&class14=14&origin=&madein=&madefor=&role=

and 'Off Road' /vehicles.php?resultsStyle=asImages&yearFrom=&yearTo=&makeMatch=2&make=&modelMatch=1&model=Mini+Moke&modelInclModel=on&modelInclChassis=on&class7=7&origin=&madein=&madefor=&role=

Which is the correct class?

I'd say it's an offroad:
A Supermini is normally a car that carries 2-3 people and some shopping backs, like the original Mini, but this is different.
If this is a convertible, other cars should be classified as convertibles too: /vehicle_6049-Ford-Bronco-1985.html

In terms of type, it's not much different from being a beach buggy based on a Mini - how do we categorise beach buggies? My preference would be convertible - I don't understand the Bronco comparison ^.

As for the Moke - it looks an early Aus built 68+ - /vehicle_17917-Leyland-Mini-Moke-1968.html - but the black on grey grille badge would be either Austin or Morris. No idea what branding was used in HK, but my default is always Austin as all UK Mokes were built by "The Austin" at Longbridge.

Update - bigger wheels mean Aus-built [YDO18] - 1969-72 as Morris, then with bigger split sidelights as 72+ Leyland.

Well, here Link to "www.ebay.de" is a Bronco included, too (under a wrong name). Also other non-Buggies as the Citroen Mehari, the Willys Jeep, the Fiat Campagnola and even an Amphicat and a Busse All Terrain. No unusual, this cobblework at these games. Just cheap junk for the kids...

Confirmed now as 72+ Leyland .... "Export" for the bigger sidelights

Moke AU

Build date is anywhere from approx. 1970 to October 1976.

13" wheel Mokes were not badge Morris, only 10" wheel Mokes appeared with that on the Badge

The Moke is not an Export Moke as it has no sidelights and has none of the unique features of an Export, YDO30, Moke. The side lights that DSL is referring to can be seen on the only Export(YDO30) Moke currently listed on IMCDB is in this item, /vehicle_194156-Leyland-Mini-Moke-Californian-YDO30-1972.html . Note the guards are deeper to accommodate the side lights, amber on the front and red on the rear and individual indicator and parking lights. None of these lights appeared on any other Mokes.
