Not a Turbo, despite the picnic table on the back. 1981+ (for wing indicators) Carrera 3.2, possibly with "Turbo-look" pack, but haven't plate-checked. Edit - plate checks give nothing; plate was genuine 82-83 issue. -- Last edit: 2012-08-04 14:56:58 |

This is my car! No longer on this registration number but some of early documentation confirms this was its original number. It’s not a Carrera, it’s a 911SC with U.K. Sports pack (incl fuchs alloys and tea tray spoiler) in Minerva Blue. Pleased to say it’s still exactly as it left the factory and as filmed here. Great to track down this part of its history. |

What model year was this? |

NYK xxxY was London, August 82 only, confirmed by 920Y (a blue BMW) registered 7 Aug 82. Agree now this is SC - I know more about 911s now than I did 6 years ago - and without fogs, so not 83my. |

Would love to know if this is still round. My mums car and her pride and joy back in the 80’s and it was her who owned it when it was used in Bergerac. It was used for a few scenes with my step dad in a following car to ensure it was looked after. Would be lack of service history as he was a good mechanic and always serviced and maintained privately. Car was flawless and an absolute joy to own. Broke her heart when she sold but moved to a new job with company car around 1988/89. Was bought from MJA classics in Sunbury for 16 or 17k in 1985 after spotting it and falling in love when she had a new Sierra Cosworth on pre order. She still looks back on this car very fondly, her favourite car she ever owned. Hope it’s still around.would love to see a picture if it is to show her (she’s 78 now and drives a Yaris) |

Apparently, 911sc owns this car, fruity. Perhaps they can tell you if the car is (hopefully) still around. ![]() |
