"5 Ch" means five chon, the face value of the stamp (1 won is divided into 100 chon), so " Landwirtschafliche Maschine Traktor" is probably the only part of the description relating to the tractor. The same seller uses numbers beginning "Mi" on other stamps, so it's nothing to do with the tractor. P.S.
