It's not original?

Not that I doubt you, but I'm just curious as to how that is.

My Car Check includes Sport in the name but my list has no Sport and a JX Sport from 1996

Interesting, then this must be a GB only trim, in the rest of the world the Sport models came with lower body cladding and was introduced for 1995.

Glass's says Vitara 1.6 Sports Soft Top May 93-July 94 (including a Verdi special edition in Jan 94 in Poynesian green metallic), then a Vitara 1.6 Sport 2 from Jan 95 - May 96.

unfortunately my list of GB Brochures is very small (1991 Vitara Estate, 1994 Vitara Verdi, 1994 Vitara Rossini and 1995 Vitara) and only the 1995 brochure mentions the Sport and it has the lower body cladding like the 96-98 Sidekick Sports have here in the US. Sorry for my misinformation :/

Do you collect literature and automobilia for your cars? If yes, shall I look around on the markets here? For Suzuki Jeeps masses of stuff are to find, also from the many different special editions, also in different languages for the different European markets. Some professional literature-dealers have Asian and South American brochures, too.

Indeed I do, but my collections started to take over the guest bedroom in my house and my wife was threatening divorce because of it, so now I simply concentrate on Jeep models (mostly 2002+ Liberty and Cherokee stuff) but also older Cherokee and Wagoneer items as well as Patriot and Compass items.

My Suzuki collection is going on 600 pieces (mostly brochures) so I have stopped collecting them.

Sorry, definetely not. For understandable reasons I never touch the boxes and filing folders with
a) such new and
b) Korean or US-stuff :p
My own collection is strictly K 70-only, but I like to look around on spare parts markets for other people. It's supports the positive feeling, when you dig and rummage on the tables and in the crates on these markets :) For me it became a bit boring the last years, because only very very rarely I can find something new for myself :( So I like to get these good vibrations back, when I purchse stuff for other fans. This has also the advance, that you don't waste money. You will get it back later on (I never push the prices up, the friends only pay the amount, I have paid for - adding the proud certainty, that I've made a great deal) or swap it with something.
Actually I've fun about the happiness of the DDR-vehicle-fan in my plate-forum, for whom I discovered nice goodies from Western export markets like Belgium and Holland. Somme stuff he will sell for a higher price to his fellows, so we will make fifty-fifty later on. The German COMECON-car-freaks re nearly living in the East, so they normally never visit markets in the West, in the Western neighbour-countries NL and B absolutely never. It seems, that my demand is quite unrevalled: one week ago I've found Wartburg-brochures, which still had prices (from the antiquarian bookshop) in Belgian France :) (the € came exactly 10 years ago)

But yes, sure, if you are inteested in specific stuff, just send me a wish-list. So I will look for it the next times. ;)

Oh, so much more than

:)

This is bearable, also for my wife. I also reduce my stuff on "my" rooms, the office and the cellar-rooms, so I avoid the biggest reasons for complaining ;)

Dang...that's pretty cool.

I don't really have a 'collection', but I have 3 promotional VHS tapes that might be pretty rare.
