Palm Beach special edition from 1994. Because when you think of Palm Beach, the first thing that comes to mind is a tiny Peugeot hatchback. This site says it came out in 1996: http://www.autos-series-limitees.fr but I found several 1994 models online, including a brochure: Link to "www.ebay.de" |

UK didn't get a Palm Beach as far as I can tell in the mountain of 106 editions, but it may be the same as our Key Largo/Key West which was June-Sept 93. 106 facelifted June 96, which might mean (a) a final splurge to clear pre-facelift stock with more or revived editions as the linked site's 96 date or (b) a rapid splurge of facelifted editions. The link looks pre-facelift grille, but I can't tell if our picture is pre- or post-facelift, except noting it seems to have smoked lights. That site is good, but not complete (we had a load more Fiestas for instance than it lists) so earlier 93-94 Palm Beach is easily possible, especially with other evidence available. Can a 106ist confirm if this one is before or after the mid-96 facelift? |

Before, it is a first series. And yes, there were Palm Beach also in 1994, depending from the market, and IIRC also in late 1993 |
