Beautiful '83 Seville. In my opinion the nicest generation of the Sevilles. These also had a very distinct seatbelt chime that practically sounded like a slot machine haha. This was when Cadillacs were a work of art.

Very nice tour of the same generation model: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8CkkUR2ANeo

One thing that isn't pointed out is that this particular Seville had turn signal indicators integrated into the sides of the hood (close to the grill) which could be viewed from the driver's seat and lit up simultaneously with the dash turn signal lights. This was Cadillac's most expensive model at the time and was designed with it kept in mind that the first generation Sevilles didn't catch the attention of the targeted younger buyers, but proved to be more popular with older women who wanted the luxury of a Cadillac, but a vehicle that was smaller and easier to maneuver than the larger Devilles and Elderados that were made at the time.

1980-1985 Seville. This specific Seville would have been equipped with a V8 as the V6 was dropped for 1983. This model was also known for being quite innovative at the time; it was fully-loaded with options that were very ahead of the times, including memory seats which hadn't been available since the 1950s Eldorados. While we never really get a view of the interior of this car in the film, it was either equipped with an analog or digital instrument cluster depending on the trim level. Also available, after 1982, were heated outside rear-view mirrors and the "Symphony Sound" stereo cassette system.
