Sept 59 Hillman Minx S3a Special - poverty version with no side trim, and often in black. Replaced in Sept 60 by S3b Standard which had side chrome. Rare. |

Are the hubcaps missing or where specials sold without them? |

Not sure about hubcap question. My guess is it did have hubcaps. |
