If my eyes are still good, the reg'n is CYX521. It corresponds to a Windovers limousine de ville, chassis #GTL55. I have a front shot of the car and everything fits. |

Wickey, no, all Phantoms don't have a chassis number starting with a number. The exception is the Phantom VI. This one is not a Phantom but a small HP model. |
