The plates look like the Russian ones, but with almost totally wrong syntax: - Only those Russian letters are used which do have analogs (the same spelling) in Latin (A,B,C,E,H.. etc. totally only 12 letters of the Russian alphabet). The 1st letter \"И\" is not used as no such letter in Latin. - 2 letters follow 3 digits. Latin letters which don\'t have analogs in Russian are not used, incl. \"F\". Thus \"F7\" couldn't be on russian plates. Last 2 digits mean region. In this case it's 95 - Chechnya |
