This is Leathers Coaches GWV101, a Duple-bodied Bedford OB actually new in 1951. Mervyns Coaches similar OB HOD75, new in 1949, also attended filming of this scene, but the director thought three coaches in the scene (the third being the Premier Leyland Tiger) and had HOD75 moved out of shot. |

Very few OBs were built before the war - a number were built to utility specification during the war designated Bedford OWB. This is a 1951 Bedford OB to postwar specification. |

Just to confirm, the oldest surviving OB/OWB as far as I can gather dates from 1942 - only 73 OBs were built before the war |
