dsl ◊ 2011-09-23 20:31	Very interesting badge - clearly states Avenger and has the red tint used for Sunbeam export - Hillman was black. (That may knock out one idea I've been accumulating that RHD export Rootes to eg HK may have stayed as Hillman etc.). Badge is also DL or GL (not Super) in panel above the Avenger script, but chrome filler cap = GL. So 1970-73 Sunbeam Avenger GL.
Gag Halfrunt ◊ 2011-09-23 20:39	The number plate is an abysmal, hand-drawn fake Hong Kong one. The Toyota Corona has a Taiwan number plate, so perhaps the whole film was shot in Taiwan. The plates on the other cars aren't clear but they are American size, like Taiwan plates. This fake Hong Kong plate is also American size.
