Not a Ford, maybe a Chevrolet? |

Yes, a Caprice? |

Um, has it been irrefutably proved that this is a Caprice? Those headrests look a bit curious. -- Last edit: 2006-07-16 20:11:01 |

It is either a Caprice or an Impala, I guess |

I think it's another Gran Fifthlomat. |

The outside mirror is clearly a GM mirror. About the seats, I can't tell what they are but I remember that in the late eighties or early nineties, some police corps complained about the lack of comfort of the bench seats in their caprice police cruisers and they were replaced with bucket seats. I heard about this on the local TV news a few times! |

They never showed the exterior of the car in the movie. |

It's a Caprice 9C1. Compare the interior of an Impala to a Caprice. Who knows, I could be wrong. |

Can't be an 1988 Caprice. Look up this 1984 Impala link It has the same interior as this car. I'm pretty sure it's a 1981-85 Impala F41. -- Last edit: 2006-09-29 10:32:08 (antp) |

I'm pretty sure it's a Caprice judging by the door panel. |

Did you see the interior of the 1984 Impala? |

Yeah, and it looks like a Caprice. The Caprice and Impala are pretty much the same car so in this case with the lack of specific details, we can just arbitrarily pick one. |

Alright, here's a picture of the interior of a 1988 Caprice 9C1 http://www.cardomain.com/ride/397339/4 |

This is an Impala, not a Caprice. 1980-1985 -- Last edit: 2008-04-28 23:08:07 |
