Neptune ◊ 2011-04-19 03:04	It’s a 1995-1998 model Ford Explorer XLT (UN105) UN105 introduced full-time ControlTrac four-wheel drive, designed at BorgWarner during the mid-to-late '80s. It’s accredited as the automotive industry’s first electronically controlled all-wheel drive system. Interestingly, BorgWarner had presented the system to Ford in the early '90s, hoping Ford Motor would be smitten with the system. Ford was indeed smitten, and ordered the system to be used on the new 1995 UN105 (Explorer).
