dsl ◊ 2011-04-13 17:14	The only logical explanation I can think of for a genuine Seat would be a personal import by someone bringing their used car from Spain when they moved to US. Such things must occasionally have happened, and in early 70s may not have required much updating to the car to comply with US regs - just stick some reflectors on and tweak the light lenses??? So it's possible, but not solid enough to make this a Seat.

RAY930 ◊ 2011-04-26 18:34	Yes, E was sticker for Spain when travelling out of the country. Seat produced BC 1.6 and CC 1.8, from 1971 till 1975.Total production about 22.000 units. They were equal to the Fiats except for badge, steering in late models and I am not sure about carburetors in those late units. Also they were "better" as the steel used was of higher quality of the fiats, less rust.
