@Dynamike - I've had problems with this as well, especially when trying to judge by the shape/height. For this one the key is the tail-lights - sloping before Feb 59, vertical afterwards; applies to Consul and Zephyr as well as Zodiac. |

It's much easier to have a look at the front and rear windows. 'Low line' models have massive chrome (polished s/s) surrounds while previous models have just a tiny strip. I've got a 1957 Zodiac (restauration object) and an almost MOT'd 1960 Zephyr. After 50 years of sun the rubber strip for the front and rear windows have deteriorated and I'm to change them, which isn't that easy as these big strips have to come away.
