Seems 1993 the decal badge came out and it moved to the cowl: https://autos.mercadolibre.com.ar/ford/f-100/1988-1997/_Desde_49 - obviously there are some modded ones and some 1993s listed with the fender badge instead of the cowl. I couldn't find any older without mods that had a decal badge in the lower fender position. For whatever reason the Argentina market had the older generation sold alongside the newer ones. Seems our 1992 model came out around 1994 there.
