It is correct as ID'd - 1970 XR-7, XR-7 confirmed by the wheelcovers and interior door panels. I'm sure those bloodstains will wash right out. |

Hi, Still searching for info. Anyone out there know the VIN for this car because I believe it survived the shoot and I bought it from the second owner in California around 12 years ago. Hi, Finally got around to posting a few pics of my restored Cougar I'm looking around the house for the pics I took when it arrived at my place before the completed resto they're in a drawer somewhere. Also just noticed I have the styled steel wheel hubcaps on the car which I found out are ultra ultra rare so I put them in storage and now run the original XR7 hubcaps seen in the movie picture above.
