I was very surprised at what a large role this vehicle played on the show. A large amount of the show takes place inside or around it. Is this for sure an MB and not a Dodge with the grill changed? The 2500 logo on the side is making me curious of that. |

This generation was never sold as a Mercdes in the USA, only as Dodge or Freightliner. It's possible to buy kits with Mercedes badges and radiator grilles. |

Or could have been brought in from Canada or Mexico, then registered in the US. (I saw this happen with a Chevrolet Astra once. It had New York plates on it, it was back in '06. Also saw the same with a gold Toyota Echo hatchback.) |

The 2500 badge on the door and the triangular metal plate behind the front license plate are unique to North American Sprinters. (This generation was never sold as a Mercedes in Canada either.) It's definitely a Dodge or Freightliner customised with Mercedes badges. |
