 I believe this is a 1932 V8 Fordor.

 1932 Ford V8 DeLuxe Fordor Sedan Model 18 . It is the USA type .1932 V8's had a V8 logo on the hubcaps ,whereas the model B 4 cylinder had a Ford logo.
